Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us within 1 hour after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
• Details of your request

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items once we have received the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
