Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us within 1-24 hours after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items once we have received the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
